Betting & Gameplay Rules
General Principles
- Game Rules: By placing a Bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable Game Rules, paytables, and specific conditions of the game. Where there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Game Rules, the Game Rules will prevail for the operation of that particular game.
- Random Number Generator (RNG): Outcomes of games of chance are determined by certified RNG technology. For further information on fairness and RNG, you may consult our game providers' documentation, including external fairness resources such as BGaming fairness & RNG info.
- Binding Outcomes: Once a game round is completed and the result appears on your screen and/or is recorded on the Operator's servers, that result is final and binding, subject only to correction of any manifest error, technical malfunction, or game misconfiguration.
Placing Bets
- Minimum and Maximum Bets: Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits as displayed in the game interface. It is your responsibility to ensure that any Bet placed is within the permissible limits.
- Bet Confirmation: A Bet is deemed placed and accepted once it is registered on the Operator's servers. Once confirmed, a Bet cannot generally be cancelled by the Player. The Operator may, at its sole discretion, refuse or limit any Bet without providing a reason.
- Types of Bets: The Website may offer:
- Slots and other RNG-based games;
- Table games and card games (e.g. blackjack, roulette, baccarat);
- Live casino games operated by live dealers in real time.
- Currency: Bets may be placed in AUD or other currencies/crypto assets supported by the Operator, as indicated in the cashier section. Currency conversion, where applicable, will be performed at prevailing rates adopted by the Operator or its payment agents.
Cancellation and Modification of Bets
- Player-Initiated Cancellation: Once a Bet has been accepted, you cannot unilaterally cancel or modify it except where the game rules expressly allow this (for example, certain unfinished rounds or "undo" features built into the game).
- Operator Cancellation: The Operator may void or adjust Bets where:
- A game malfunction or software/hardware error has affected the display or settlement of an outcome;
- Bets have been placed after an outcome was known or should reasonably have been known;
- There is evidence of fraud, collusion, use of bots or scripts, advantage play based on technical vulnerabilities, or a breach of these Terms.
- Refunds on Voided Bets: In the event of cancellation or voiding of a Bet by the Operator, the Bet stake may be refunded to your Account balance unless the Operator is entitled to withhold funds under these Terms or applicable law.
Conduct in Live Casino and Chats
- Respectful Behaviour: When using any chat or live dealer feature, you must:
- Refrain from using abusive, defamatory, obscene, racist, sexist, or otherwise offensive language;
- Not threaten or harass dealers, staff, or other players;
- Not promote other websites, brands, or services.
- Prohibition of Fraud and Collusion: You may not:
- Collude with other players or engage in "team play" intended to gain an unfair advantage;
- Use automated tools, bots, or software to manipulate games or place Bets;
- Exploit bugs, loopholes, or technical issues in the games or Website. Any such activity must be reported immediately to support.
- Moderation: The Operator may monitor, record, and moderate chat communications. Breach of chat rules may result in chat suspension, Account suspension, or closure, at the Operator's discretion.
Bonus Terms
General Bonus Conditions
- Bonus Offers: From time to time, the Operator may make Bonuses available in connection with Club House via clubhouse-aussie.com, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spins, loyalty rewards, and other promotions. Each Bonus is subject to these general Bonus Terms and any specific terms stated in the relevant promotion ("Specific Bonus Terms").
- One Bonus Per Person: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each Bonus is limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, payment method, or shared environment (such as university or workplace network).
- Bonus Activation: Activation conditions may include:
- Entering a bonus code;
- Opting in via the promotions page;
- Making a qualifying deposit meeting the minimum amount and other criteria.
Wagering Requirements and Timeframes
- Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise specified in the Specific Bonus Terms:
- Deposit bonuses and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements (e.g. 40x the bonus amount or bonus winnings) before any associated funds may be withdrawn;
- Only real-money bets placed after Bonus activation may count towards wagering, as detailed in each promotion.
- Contribution of Games: Different games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Typically:
- Most video slots: 100% contribution;
- Table games and live dealer games: 0 - 20% or as otherwise stated;
- Certain low-volatility or jackpot games: 0% contribution.
- Time Limits: Bonuses may have expiry periods (for example, 7 - 30 days from activation). If wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe, the Bonus and all associated Bonus Funds and winnings may be removed from your Account.
Prohibited Games and Actions
- Restricted Games: Some games may be excluded from bonus play or limited to Real Money only. Playing excluded games with active Bonus Funds may result in forfeiture of the Bonus and associated winnings.
- Bonus Abuse: The following actions may be treated as Bonus abuse and may lead to cancellation of Bonuses and confiscation of associated winnings:
- Placing single or multiple Bets of unusually high value relative to your deposit (for example, exceeding a maximum bet limit per spin/round specified in the Bonus Terms);
- Using strategies that significantly minimise risk, such as placing bets on both red and black in roulette, or low-risk betting solely to unlock wagering;
- Colluding with other players to exploit bonuses, including transferring funds or using linked Accounts;
- Creating multiple Accounts to claim the same Bonus more than once.
Combining Promotions and Bonus Management
- Non-Stacking of Bonuses: Unless expressly allowed, only one active Bonus can be held at any one time. If you activate a new Bonus while another is active, the existing Bonus and its associated Bonus Funds and winnings may be cancelled.
- Real Money vs Bonus Funds: Where you have both Real Money and Bonus Funds in your Account, the Operator may determine the order in which funds are used, typically wagering Real Money first. Specific rules are defined in the bonus policy.
- Right to Withdraw Real Money: You may request withdrawal of unused Real Money at any time. However, doing so while a Bonus is active may cause cancellation of that Bonus and loss of associated Bonus Funds and winnings.
- Changes to Promotions: The Operator may modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion or Bonus at any time, provided that such changes do not adversely affect rights already acquired (for example, Bonuses already earned and used in good faith).
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposit Methods and Limits
- Available Methods: Deposits may be made using:
- Bank cards (where supported);
- E-wallets and online payment services;
- Cryptocurrencies accepted by the Operator;
- Other payment solutions provided through Strukin Ltd (Cyprus) as payment agent.
- Minimum and Maximum Deposits: Minimum and maximum deposit limits depend on the payment method and are displayed in the cashier section. The Operator may adjust these limits in line with risk assessments, AML/KYC requirements, or operational needs.
- Fees: The Operator generally does not charge fees for deposits, but reserves the right to do so in specific cases, with any such fees notified in advance. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may impose their own fees, currency conversion charges, or cash-advance costs.
Withdrawals
- Withdrawal Requests: You may request withdrawals from your Account via the cashier section, subject to:
- Completion of any applicable wagering requirements;
- Successful completion of KYC verification, where required;
- Compliance with minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts.
- Payment Channels: Where possible, withdrawals will be processed via the same method and in the same currency used for deposit. The Operator may require you to withdraw via specific methods for security, legal, or technical reasons.
- Processing Times: The Operator endeavours to review and process withdrawal requests within a reasonable period (for example, 24 - 72 hours), excluding time required by banks, payment processors, or blockchain confirmations. Extended delays may occur due to additional security checks, weekends, holidays, or technical issues.
- Rolling Limits: The Operator may apply daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits, particularly for large winnings, and may pay substantial amounts in instalments.
Verification, Anti-Money Laundering, and Security
- Source of Funds: The Operator may request information and documents relating to your source of funds or wealth. Failure to provide adequate evidence may result in suspension or closure of your Account and reporting to relevant authorities.
- Third-Party Deposits: You must only deposit and withdraw using payment instruments registered in your own name. Use of third-party accounts, cards, or wallets is prohibited and may result in cancellation of winnings, account suspension, and notification to payment providers.
Refunds, Chargebacks, and Reversals
- Refunds: Deposits are generally non-refundable once used for wagering. In exceptional circumstances, the Operator may, at its sole discretion, consider a refund of unused Real Money deposits. If a refund is granted, any related Bonuses and winnings may be voided.
- Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback or payment reversal:
- The Operator may suspend or close your Account;
- Any winnings and Bonuses may be forfeited;
- The Operator may recover outstanding amounts owed and share relevant information with payment providers, banks, and other third parties to mitigate fraud.
- Correction of Errors: In case of obvious errors in account balances, game settlements, or crediting of funds (including technical glitches or misconfigurations), the Operator reserves the right to correct the error and adjust your Account accordingly. Any funds credited due to such error are considered void and must be returned.
Limitation of Liability
Operator's Obligations
